Hygiene Contract Manager

The Hygiene Contract Manager, will be responsible for: * Lead, manage and motivate the on-site hygiene team to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and hygiene services within a food production environment * Maintain, review and audit all operational documentation, including cleaning schedules, risk assessments, instruction cards and training records * Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, BRC standards, health & safety requirements and procedures * Oversee training, development and performance of hygiene operatives and supervisors, ensuring all training requirements are met * Manage labour hours, budgets, resources and company assets to ensure effective and efficient contract delivery To be successful for this Hygiene Contract Manager role you must have: * Proven experience working within a food manufacturing, food hygiene or FMCG environment * Knowledge and experience of BRC standards and customer audits * Demonstrable experience managing large, high‑volume cleaning or hygiene teams * Strong knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene compliance If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Hygiene Contract Manager role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
