The role involves leading and developing warehouse teams, driving productivity and KPIs, ensuring stock accuracy, overseeing health and safety, planning resources, and identifying process improvements. Candidates should bring solid warehouse or operations management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience in retail, FMCG, or high-volume distribution is highly advantageous.
