About the role
Raytheon UK is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Manufacturing team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. Based in Glenrothes, you will manage a cross-functional group of Supervisors, Associates and Engineers to deliver electronic and electro-mechanical products on time, within budget and to quality standards.
The role is onsite with potential travel to Livingston as required. You will drive Lean practices, safety, and continuous improvements, while maintaining strong customer focus and cost
