Complex Care Support Worker

Clover Care is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to support individuals across multiple care packages in Suffolk. We provide personalised care within clients' own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible. Day shifts, waking nights and longer shifts are available. Your responsibilities may include: • Providing one-to-one care within a client's home • Supporting personal care, mobility and daily activities • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in condition • Medication support within your assessed competencies • Following care plans, risk assessments and clinical guidance • Maintaining accurate care records • Communicating with families and healthcare professionals • Providing companionship and emotional support Depending on the package, experience may be required in: • Tracheostomy care, ventilation and suctioning • PEG feeding and enteral nutrition • Oxygen therapy and cough assist • Epilepsy and seizure management • Medication administration • Neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries • Learning disabilities, mental health or behaviours that challenge Successful applicants should: • Have previous healthcare, community or complex-care experience • Be confident working independently within a client's home • Be compassionate, reliable and attentive • Communicate effectively and follow clinical instructions • Be willing to complete package-specific training and competency assessments • Already have the right to work in the UK At Clover Care we can offer ; • Flexible day, night and weekend shifts • Opportunities across multiple Suffolk care packages • Package-specific clinical training • Ongoing support from our care and clinical teams • Regular work suited to your experience and availability If you have experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs, apply today with your CV.
