Asbestos Surveyor

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Asbestos Surveyor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Asbestos Surveyor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. The Asbestos Surveyor, will be responsible for: * Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across a variety of property types * Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to company‑approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories * Complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software * Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical advice and specialist support when required * Liaise with Surveying Quality, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisors as needed, maintaining a professional approach at all times To be successful for this Asbestos Surveyor role you must have: * Applicants must meet the below-defined requirements for the role. * BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) * Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and/or industrial sectors * Full UK driving licence If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Asbestos Surveyor role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now
