This position is entirely back-office focused, managing workshop and mobile technician bookings, invoicing, and warranty processes with zero customer interaction, giving you the space to do what you do best in a fast-moving fleet maintenance environment. Responsibilities * Managing all job bookings for the workshop and mobile technicians * Processing invoices and maintaining accurate job records * Handling all warranty administration and submissions * Acting as the sole administrator for the site * Supporting technicians with accurate, efficient documentation Requirements * Proven automotive or fleet administration experience * Confident working independently as a one-person department * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Experience with invoicing and warranty processes Salary and Benefits * £36,000 – £40,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm For experienced automotive administrators seeking excellent hours and a £36,000–£40,000 salary in a purely back-office role, this opportunity is hard to beat.
