Part-Time Dementia Support Adviser | Bridgend

Alzheimer's Society in Bridgend is seeking a Dementia Adviser to join our supportive team, working 21 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027. You will work with people living with dementia and carers, offering information, guidance and emotional support in home visits, over the phone or with partners.

You will manage your own caseload, keep confidential records and travel independently to local communities.
