Job Description /n Senior Private Client Solicitor /n Location: Leicester /n Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 /n Firm: Top-Tier Legal 500 & Chambers-Ranked Law Firm /n /n The Opportunity /n A leading and highly respected Leicester law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its thriving Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, landed estates, and vulnerable clients, while taking a leading role in the growth and development of the department. /n /n The Role /n You will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including: /n Drafting wills and powers of attorney /n Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning /n Administering estates and trusts /n Handling Court of Protection applications /n Supporting high-net-worth individuals and vulnerable clients with sensitivity and discretion /n In addition, you will: /n Advise clients on complex trust and succession planning matters /n Manage high-value estate administration cases /n Build and maintain strong client relationships /n Mentor and supervise junior team members /n Play an active role in business development and networking initiatives /n Contribute strategically to the continued success and growth of the Private Client department /n /n About You /n To be successful in this role, you will have: /n Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status /n Ideally 5+ years' PQE within private client law /n Strong technical expertise across wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration /n Experience advising high-net-worth clients /n STEP qualification or a desire to work towards it /n Excellent interpersonal and client care skills /n A compassionate and professional approach, particularly when assisting vulnerable clients /n Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently /n /n What's on Offer? /n Competitive salary and performance-related bonus /n High-quality and complex private client work /n Hybrid and flexible working arrangements /n Clear route to Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partnership /n Ongoing learning, development, and STEP support /n A collaborative and supportive working environment within a top-ranked team /n /n
