You will work with us to investigate breaks, resolve queries, and escalate risks appropriately, while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and teamworkJob responsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve equity income breaksLiaise with internal stakeholders, external counterparties, and agents to drive issue resolutionProcess dividends, coupons, and manufactured income across multiple marketsInvestigate and resolve complex enquiries and exceptionsReconcile activity and validate outputs to maintain daily accuracy and controlIdentify potential operational risks, escalate concerns, and support ongoing break reviewsTroubleshoot system-related issues impacting processing and controlsSupport teammates during peak volumes to help maintain service levelsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated operational risk awareness and sound escalation judgment within financial servicesStrong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracyAbility to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience investigating issues and resolving reconciliation breaks or exceptionsAbility to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, including explaining process changes and ideasProven ability to deliver accurate work to strict deadlinesProactive, flexible approach to day-to-day workload and team needsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAsset servicing experience within an operations environmentKnowledge of the transaction and trade lifecycleFamiliarity with income processing across multiple security types and marketsDeveloping experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processesJ.P.
