We're looking for ambitious, driven people to join our client as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You don't need previous recruitment experience. If you're naturally competitive, confident speaking to people and motivated by earning and progression, you'll be given all the training you need.

You'll be responsible for:
Winning new business and building client relationships
Sourcing and headhunting candidates
Managing your own vacancies
Interviewing and qualifying candidates
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission
