Day Guest Service Assistant 5* Luxury Residences | Hyde Park | 40 Hours per week * £15.00 per hour * Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis * Shifts- 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm as required on rota * Long-term temporary position * Hours - Guaranteed 40 hours per week * Holidays- up to 28 days per year We are currently recruiting for a Day Guest Service Assistant to join the front office team at exclusive apartments in Central London. You’ll be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome and impeccable service with every interaction. An excellent long-term opportunity for a polished and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering luxury service to clients. Your daily tasks * Providing a professional and personalised front desk service for residents and guests * Check ins/Check outs of residents * Assisting with luggage and escorting residents to their apartments * Making bookings for taxis, restaurants, theatres, and local attractions * Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication * Maintain knowledge of all apartment features and resident services * Handling incoming/outgoing mail and parcels and shopping requests * Supporting with occasional night cover (e.g. for holiday relief) About you * Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or customer-facing hospitality role * Previous experience of check in/outs using software systems * A good level of spoken and written English * Well presented and excellent communication skills * Enjoy providing exceptional, 5-star customer service * Reliable, proactive, looking for a long-term role What’s In It for you * A stable,long-term temporary role with guaranteed hours * A highly competitive pay rate * Real potential for career progression within the luxury hospitality sector * You will be part of a supportive and professional team If you're looking for your next challenge in a prestigious setting, and you're committed to delivering guest excellence, we want to hear from you.
