July 2026 - July 2027

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people who require a bespoke educational approach. * Work collaboratively with support staff and wider professionals to help students achieve positive outcomes.
About the Provision
The provision is committed to meeting the unique educational, social and emotional needs of its diverse student population within a safe, nurturing environment. Staff focus on developing the whole child by reinforcing academic, personal and social skills, enabling students to progress into post-16 opportunities and become productive, successful members of society.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
* Experience working with SEND, SEMH, alternative provision or challenging behaviour is desirable.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
* A flexible, patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am - 4:00pm
* Term time only
