MB974: Temporary Works Coordinator Location: Cumbria Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Additional Company Benefits: Exceptional Career Development Opportunities, Company Car/Car Allowance (Depending on job grade), Pension matched up to 8%, 25 days annual leave – plus holiday (opportunity to buy/sell leave will be implemented from January 2026), Private medical insurance, Free 24/7 EAP Overview: First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Temporary Works Coordinator on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Cumbria depot. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinating Temporary Works Schemes with the Permanent underground and above ground works Review or prepare design briefs and other temporary works scheme documentation Ensure Design Brief prepared by others are adequate and cover the actual site conditions and permanent works design. Managing external and internal Designers. Knowledge of Principle Contractor and Principle Designers CDM roles. Coordinate TW with the Permanent Works Designer. Advise on TW loads and actions that should be considered in the permanent works. Ensure procedures are implemented by subcontractors.
