Commercial Legal Counsel | London | Hybrid - 4 days in Office

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a commercial lawyer (4+ PQE) to join a fast‑growing international technology and consumer‑facing business operating across multiple jurisdictions.

This role sits within a highly regarded in‑house legal team and offers broad exposure across commercial contracting, strategic projects and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Advising on technology, software licensing and SaaS arrangements
• Supporting marketing, sponsorship, partnership and supplier contracts
• Advising on data privacy and commercial regulatory matters
• Supporting corporate projects, including M&A due diligence and transaction support
• Working closely with stakeholders across technology, procurement, compliance and commercial teams

Desired qualifications and experience

• A qualified lawyer with 3+ years' PQE
• Experienced in commercial contracts gained in private practice and/or in‑house
• Commercially minded and solutions‑focused
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

Experience within technology, digital services, consumer businesses or regulated industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
