Sales Executive

Our client, a well-established IT Managed Service Provider covering South Wales and the West, is seeking a confident and driven sales or appointment maker Executive to join their growing team. Offering a salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE, plus generous OTE up to £900 per month, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, with progression into Business Development and Sales Management. Duties: * Make outbound calls to generate leads and book sales meetings * Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing leads * Sell IT and managed services to new and existing customers * Handle objections, close sales, and identify upselling opportunities * Build strong customer relationships * Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Benefits: * £28,000-£30,000 basic salary DOE * Generous OTE and strong earning potential * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising with service * Company pension * Regular staff social and hospitality events * Excellent training, development, and career progression * Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm; Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm Experience required: * Previous B2B telesales or phone-based sales experience * Experience selling IT, managed services, or technology is desirable * Proven track record of meeting sales targets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills * Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
