Senior Support Worker – Nights Nursing Home Location: Halesowen, West Midlands Salary: £14.45 per hour Job Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: Nights The Opportunity A well-established and award-winning care provider is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join its night team. This position is ideal for a compassionate and motivated care professional who enjoys supporting both residents and colleagues while maintaining high standards of person-centred care. About the Role As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while providing guidance and leadership to members of the care team. You will help ensure that residents receive dignified, high-quality care and that care plans are implemented effectively.
