Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Order Picker Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire (Relocating to Coalville in March 2027) Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Salary: * £13.44 per hour (first 12 weeks) * £14.93 per hour (after 12 weeks) Job Description We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking for stable, long-term warehouse work with excellent progression opportunities. Successful candidates will be responsible for order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties in both chill and ambient environments.
