THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for a strong 3 PQE + Associate Solicitor to join a successful Commercial Dispute Resolution team based in Birmingham

This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team supported by an established firm that prides itself on its culture and working environment

This role offers an interesting and high quality workload advising on a broad range of complex and high value commercial disputes for a diverse client base, collaborating closely with partners and colleagues across the firm's national disputes practice

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be ready to start developing their own practice within a supportive and collegiate team environment

You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a solid dispute resolution background including ADR and multiparty disputes

Experience of restructuring & insolvency; arbitration, xwzovoh corporate litigation, fraud, cross border litigation is of particular interest
