From market mapping and strategic planning to pricing, investment decisions and performance optimisation, you'll play a central role in determining where and how the business grows. \Acting as the lead Finance Business Partner for a significant product portfolio \n Working closely with Commercial, Sales and Strategy teams to drive growth initiatives \n Leading market mapping, competitor analysis and investment evaluations \n Supporting key commercial negotiations and strategic business cases \n Delivering insight that shapes long-term business strategy \n Owning performance analysis across a complex and evolving commercial landscape \n \n Who We're Looking For You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven track record of operating in a highly commercial environment. \Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience \n Experience supporting product, category, sales or commercial functions \n Experience within large, fast-paced businesses \n Strong analytical, modelling and commercial decision-making skills \n A desire to move beyond traditional finance into a genuinely strategic role \n \n ✅ 30% annual bonus \n ✅ Ownership of a significant commercial area \n ✅ High-profile growth and investment projects \n ✅ Clear progression opportunities \
