Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse and distribution activities – managing a team of 6 warehouse Operatives & Drivers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Team: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Driving Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, route planning, manage inventory, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Build strong relationships with internal customers and third parties to deliver outstanding service.
• Safety First: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and clutter-free environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What we’re looking for…

• Proven warehouse management experience gained in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to supervise and motivate warehouse staff effectively
• Understanding of workplace safety standards, including forklift operations, and emergency procedures
• Capability to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Ensuring compliance with housekeeping standards to maintain a safe and clutter-free environment
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments
