Duty & Assessment Social Worker 📍 North East Derbyshire & Bolsover 💷 £36.00 per hour 🕒 Full Time We are recruiting three experienced Duty & Assessment Social Workers to join supportive and established Children's Social Care Teams across North East Derbyshire and Bolsover. Whether based in the Clay Cross Team or Bolsover Team, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding children and supporting families at the point of referral and assessment. Key Responsibilities * Undertake Child and Family Assessments * Manage referrals and threshold decisions * Complete Section 17 and Section 47 investigations * Carry out risk and needs assessments * Attend strategy discussions and child protection conferences * Build effective relationships with children, families and partner agencies * Maintain accurate and timely case recordings Requirements * Qualified Social Worker * Social Work England registration * Previous experience within Children's Duty & Assessment services * Strong safeguarding and risk assessment skills * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What's On Offer? * £36.00 per hour * Supportive management team * Established service with strong peer support * Immediate starts available Apply now to be considered
