Occupational Health Clinical Lead

Home-Based with UK-Wide Travel  £55,000–£60,000 + £5.7k Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits A leading UK food manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Clinical Lead to shape and drive its Occupational Health strategy across a growing, multi-site operation. This role will suit someone who has experience as a Occupational Health Manager, Senior Occupational Health Nurse, Occupational Health Lead or Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of the internal Occupational Health service, providing expert clinical leadership, governance and strategic direction while partnering closely with HR, HSE and Operations. You’ll lead and develop the in-house Occupational Health team, oversee complex case management, strengthen clinical governance and drive continuous improvement across UK sites. From workplace assessments and health surveillance to rehabilitation, fitness-to-work and workplace adjustments, you’ll turn clinical expertise into practical solutions that support both people and business performance. Predominantly home-based, the role involves national travel to manufacturing sites and offers genuine visibility and influence at senior level. We’re looking for a Registered Occupational Health Specialist Nurse with significant senior-level experience, strong clinical governance expertise and proven leadership capability. Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or a multi-site environment would be highly advantageous, as would SEQOHS and OPAS G2 experience.
