They are looking to hire a Legal Counsel for their newly-established London office. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this hire will have significant autonomy across the legal process here, leading and supporting transactions, negotiating agreements, and advising on deal restructurings. There will also be a number of wider projects you will be able to get involved in.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Counsel with 2-5 years’ PQE to join an exciting business with phenomenal growth potential. The ideal candidate will come from a buy-side business or Magic Circle Law firm, with experience with investment funds.
