The Role:
As Deputy Manager, youll be second in command to the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience every day. Youll be hands-on, energetic, and passionate about both people and the brand.

Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant

Assist with training, rotas, and stock control
You:
Previous experience as a Deputy or Assistant General Manager within a busy restaurant environment
A passion for great food and exceptional service
Strong leadership and communication skills
