Site Engineer

Site Engineer – Stoke-on-Trent | ASAP Start | £300 per day We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a busy residential conversion project in Stoke-on-Trent. The project involves the transformation of an existing car park into a high-quality apartment development, with an anticipated duration of 8–12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term contract with an immediate start available. The Role: * Setting out for foundations, structures, drainage and external works * Producing and maintaining accurate site records * Quality assurance and checking works against design specifications * Liaising with site management, subcontractors and design teams * Assisting with health & safety compliance on site * Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on residential, commercial or mixed-use projects * Proficient with setting out equipment (Leica/Trimble preferred) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * CSCS Card essential * SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial * Strong communication and organisational skills Contract Details: * Location: Stoke-on-Trent * Duration: 8–12 Months * Start Date: ASAP * Rate: Approximately £300 per day (dependent on experience) If you are an experienced Site Engineer available to start immediately and looking for your next long-term contract, we'd like to hear from you.
