Pay Rate: £15.00+ per hour (PAYE) | £19.00+ per hour (UMB)

We are recruiting experienced Structural Steel Fabricators for a workshop-based role in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled fabricators seeking long-term work with the potential for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricating structural steelwork to engineering drawings.
Measuring, marking out, cutting and assembling steel components.
Using fabrication tools and workshop machinery safely and effectively.
Tack welding components where required.
Inspecting finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in structural steel fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Competent with fabrication equipment and hand tools.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious approach.
