About the roleWe’re looking for an Service Engineer to join our team at KONE.You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on escalators across your local area, helping to keep equipment safe, reliable and running smoothly for our customers.What you’ll be doingCarrying out planned maintenance and servicing on liftsAttending breakdowns and diagnosing faultsCompleting repairs and minor worksEnsuring equipment meets safety and quality standardsProviding a great service to our customersWorking independently while being supported by your wider KONE teamWhat we’re looking forNVQ Level 3 in LIfts Engineering or equivalentFull UK driving licenceExperience working within the lifts industryGood fault-finding and problem-solving skillsA strong focus on safety and customer serviceWhy KONE?At KONE, we want you to build a career, not just take your next job.Development is a big part of what we offer.
