Fire Alarm Administrator

Fire Alarm Administrator – London Leman Street, London | Office-based | Salary dependent on experience Polyteck Building Services is looking for an organised and proactive Fire Alarm Administrator to support our Fire Alarm team from our head office in Leman Street. You’ll help coordinate planned and reactive works, support engineers and ensure job records, certification and client updates are completed accurately and on time. Previous fire alarm or fire industry experience would be highly advantageous. What you'll get * Salary dependent on experience * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (negotiable) * Pension scheme * Friendly and supportive working environment * Company training and upskilling * Opportunities for growth and development What you'll be doing * Schedule and allocate planned and reactive jobs to Fire Alarm Engineers * Book appointments and coordinate engineer diaries * Process engineer reports and ensure jobs are completed and updated correctly * Maintain fire alarm certification, compliance records and job information * Prepare quotations and paperwork following engineer visits * Liaise with clients, engineers and subcontractors * Chase outstanding reports and works through to completion * Keep internal systems and schedules accurate and up to date * Provide general administrative support to the Fire Alarm team What we're looking for * Previous administration experience * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Good written and verbal communication skills * Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel * Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities * Good customer service skills * Experience within fire alarms, fire safety or building services would be highly desirable All offers are subject to successful pre-employment checks and DBS clearance.
