Graduate Programme

At Halo you’ll play a pivotal role in our success from day one, gaining experience across the business depending on your goals and strengths. You’ll receive full training, regular 1-to-1s with your designated mentor, and strong salary increases based on your performance. All graduates start out in a Support Technician role while you learn the ropes and build deep product knowledge. From there, you’ll have the chance to explore and progress into a range of areas including Sales, Consultancy, Partner Enablement, and our growing DevOps and Cyber Security functions. While you may start in one area, the opportunity to move internally is huge, giving you the flexibility to develop your career in the direction that suits you best, under a permanent contract.
