Day-to-day of the role:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain consistent food quality and adherence to health and safety standards during service.
• Manage stock control, rotation, and waste minimisation.
• Work effectively within a fast-paced team environment to deliver top-notch culinary experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef looking to progress.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preparing fresh food to order.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Passionate about food and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including lunch services, evenings, and weekends.
