Associate Mechanical Engineer, Oxford

Based in Oxford, with the project mix that location should support and the team to make use of it.This is an Associate Mechanical Engineer position with a building services and engineering practice based in Oxford, with project reach across the Thames Valley. The day-to-day mix runs HVAC system design, plant strategy, compliance work across Part L and Part F, and the coordination needed to make a mechanical scheme deliverable inside a multi-disciplinary team. Tools you would expect: Revit, Hevacomp or IES, AutoCAD, Bluebeam for coordination.You are operating at associate level, leading multi-disciplinary projects and managing engineers. You hold client relationships, shape the technical output of the team, and contribute to the commercial side of the practice as well as the design. Recurring themes on this brief: residential, education, commercial, and heritage. Prior exposure to those areas is useful, not mandatory.Salary: £68,000 to £82,000 depending on experience.
