Do you enjoy variety, autonomy, and solving real-world problems at customer sites? Were hiring a Field Service Engineer to join a growing, respected UK-based technology manufacturer that supplies cutting-edge medical and aesthetic systems across the UK and internationally.
Why this role? Youll be part of a supportive and expert service team, delivering vital technical support to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
From planned maintenance and installations to fault-finding and calibrations, youll play a key role in helping healthcare professionals deliver safe and effective treatment outcomes.
Varied, hands-on role with new challenges each week Full induction and technical training at HQ in Cheshire (initial 6 weeks plus ongoing development) Opportunity for overseas travel, if desired Trusted autonomy in managing your regional patch and customer relationships What you'll be doing Carrying out scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on laser and IPL systems Installing new equipment Troubleshooting issues on site and delivering excellent customer support Completing technical documentation in line with medical device regulations What youll bring Proven experience working with medical devices or lasers highly desirable, but not essential Background in engineering, electronics, physics, or similar (degree or hands-on experience) essential. xwzovoh
