Specsavers Crawley has an exciting yet rare opportunity to kick start a new career in Optics or perhaps to enhance an existing Optical position elsewhere.

We are looking for one candidate that has some leadership experience to help support our management team and help deliver outstanding customer service to our community. If you love people (like we do) and want to be part of a team that put our customers first we want to hear from you. Optical experience is not essential as our training programme will give you all the tools to become fully skilled.

What we need:

• Someone with either team leader, supervisor experience in any front facing, customer service sector ( This is a must )
• A can-do attitude
