Why Logistex? * Competitive hourly pay, including time paid from home. * A company vehicle to support your travel needs. * Career development opportunities * Become a member of an Employee-owned trust Upon completion of Probationary: * Cycle to work scheme * Option to buy additional leave * Option to join Private medical insurance What You’ll Be Doing * Develop and oversee comprehensive integration test strategies and plans for our large-scale automation systems * Manage a team of integration test engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise * Oversee the integration testing process, from hardware and software components to the full system * Ensure that all testing is conducted in line with industry standards and best practices * Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports What We’re Looking For * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline would be an advantage but experience is more important * Proven track record in managing system integration testing within complex automation * Strong experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), control systems, and automation technologies. * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and delivering results under tight deadlines.
