Compliance Lead - Domiciliary Care
Location: Manchester - covering services across Greater Manchester & Cheshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + up to £5,000 bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compliance Lead to join a growing domiciliary care provider at an important stage of its expansion.
Supporting two established services across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, you will take the lead on compliance and quality, ensuring both services continue to meet CQC requirements and deliver consistently high standards of care.
This isn't simply an auditing role. You'll work closely with both Registered Managers, providing hands-on support, guidance and oversight while helping them develop their services and maintain excellent standards.
The Role
You will:
Lead on CQC compliance across both services
Support and oversee the Registered Managers
Carry out audits and quality assurance reviews
Ensure policies, procedures and care practices remain compliant
Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
Support services with CQC inspection preparation
Monitor quality, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
Help maintain high standards as the organisation continues to expand
About You
We are looking for someone with significant experience within domiciliary care who has either worked in a similar compliance/quality role or previously held CQC registration within a domiciliary care service.
You must have:
NVQ Level 5 qualification
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Previous domiciliary care experience
Experience supporting or overseeing care services
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, supportive approach to improving quality
