About the role

A leading global organisation is recruiting an Executive Reward and Share Plans Manager on a full time, permanent basis in London (hybrid working, 3 days per week on site). You must have hands on experience in reward tax, global share plans, and executive compensation, plus a quantitative degree (Maths, Science, or Economics). Role: Executive Reward and Share Plans Manager Type: Permanent Location: London (hybrid, 3 days on site) Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 + up to 20% bonus + pension contribution up to 15% + annual reward scheme This role is for someone who has worked directly on executive compensation and share plan topics and is comfortable with the tax and regulatory elements that come with them. It is not a generalist reward role. Key responsibilities Support the delivery of executive compensation and global share plan programmes Own and maintain benchmarking datasets (FTSE and international peers) and produce clear insights for senior stakeholders Review remuneration reports and pay disclosures and turn findings into accurate summaries Support the annual executive reward cycle and global share plan events, coordinating with Tax, Legal, Mobility, external advisors, and plan administrators Produce executive shareholding reports and reward analytics for governance, reporting, and audit readiness Draft employee facing share plan communications and manage online content updates Essential experience and qualifications Executive compensation experience, including benchmarking and/or remuneration disclosure analysis Global share plans experience (for example LTIP, SIP, SAYE, RSUs) and hands on involvement in annual plan cycles Reward related tax experience, including working with tax concepts, regulations, and advisor input Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail (comfortable working with large datasets) Degree in Maths, Science, or Economics Strong written communication skills, including producing clear employee facing contentDesirable Tax or accounting qualification or certification To apply, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK
