About the role
Director, Technical Programme Management
UK Remote
Up to £160K Base + Bonus & Equity
This role is for a rapidly scaling, NVIDIA-partnered AI infrastructure platform building out its founding UK team and this is one of the most strategically important hires in that growth phase. This is not a traditional TPM governance role.
We’re looking for a highly technical programme leader who is equally comfortable in Kubernetes architecture discussions, GPU infrastructure design sessions, and executive-level customer conversations.
You’ll own the delivery of some of the most complex enterprise deployments in the market today, spanning Kubernetes-at-scale, GPU PaaS, AI/ML workloads, and multi-cloud infrastructure modernisation.
The opportunity
You’ll sit at the centre of enterprise AI infrastructure delivery, working directly with customer engineering teams and C-level stakeholders to drive successful adoption of a cutting-edge platform already used globally across demanding environments.
Critically, you’ll also be one of the founding members of the UK organisation, helping shape:
- Delivery methodology and governance
- Customer implementation approach
- UK team structure and hiring
- How the region scales over time
What you’ll be doing
- Leading complex enterprise Kubernetes + GPU platform deployments across EMEA
- Owning end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure and cloud modernisation programmes
- Running architecture workshops with DevOps, platform engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Managing risk, dependencies, escalation paths, and programme outcomes
- Partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to unblock delivery
- Helping define and build the UK delivery function from the ground up
Tech environment
- Kubernetes at scale (multi-cluster, production-grade environments)
- GPU orchestration for AI/ML workloads (training + inference)
- Cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- AI platform deployments, observability, GitOps, CI/CD
- Sovereign and hybrid cloud environments
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years in technical programme management, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise delivery
- Strong Kubernetes expertise (hands-on, not just conceptual)
- Exposure to GPU/AI infrastructure or high-performance compute environments
- Experience leading large-scale, customer-facing technical programmes
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
Why this role
- Founding member of the UK team in a high-growth global platform
- Work at the cutting edge of AI infrastructure + Kubernetes + GPU orchestration
- Highly technical, highly visible programmes with enterprise customers
- Remote-first across the UK/EMEA
