Project Manager (Installation / Manufacturing) £45,000 - £55,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits + Hybrid Working + Company Bonus Leeds - Hybrid Are you an Installation Manager, Project Manager or similar looking to join a well-established manufacturer and take ownership of installation projects, coordinating site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time? Established in the 1980s, this specialist engineering company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke acoustic and noise-control solutions for industrial and commercial environments. The company works with a range of clients across the UK and internationally, delivering projects for major organisations and contractors across a variety of sectors. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Engineering and Project Management to ensure projects are properly scoped, designed, planned and delivered. You will manage installation resources, create and review RAMS, coordinate equipment and logistics, support site teams, and act as a key point of contact for installation-related matters. The role is predominantly office-based, with the option to work from home 1 day per week. This role would suit a Project Manager with experience managing installation, construction, manufacturing or engineering projects, looking to take ownership of installation delivery and join an established specialist manufacturer. The Role: Manage and coordinate installation projects from planning through to completion Work with Sales, Engineering and Project Managers to ensure projects are deliverable and efficiently planned Create installation schedules, resource plans, RAMS and project-specific documentation Manage and mentor installation teams, resolving issues affecting project delivery Coordinate site logistics, equipment, subcontractors and project deliveries Develop SOPs, installation processes and quality control documentation Liaise with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams Monitor project budgets, identify cost risks and support project managers with commercial control Oversee snagging, NCRs, site issues, handover and commissioning Hybrid working with 1 day per week from homeThe Person: Previous experience managing installation, construction, manufacturing or similar Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation CSCS and SMSTS Full UK driving licenceReference: BBBH27359 Site, Installation, Manager, Installation Manager, Project Manager, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Acoustic, Mechanical, RAMS, PASMA Leeds, Bradford, Yorkshire, Hybrid If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
