As a Customer Service Agent based at Durham Gate, Spennymoor, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside a close-knit group of colleagues. Your role will involve liaising with clients and collaborating with our sales, operations and transport colleagues coordinating product deliveries, ensuring each day brings a varied and dynamic workload. Key Responsibilities As our next Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for all sales and distribution queries and be responsible for the skillful and efficient delivery of products form our Quarries, asphalt and concrete plants across the Region, whilst placing the highest importance on our sustained standards of excellence.
