About the role

An established global technology business is looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a London-based team of outbound Field Account Executives. The business provides a sophisticated commerce platform that helps hospitality operators simplify their day-to-day operations, improve the customer experience and scale successfully. This is a genuinely field-based leadership role, suited to a hands-on manager who enjoys coaching salespeople in front of customers rather than managing solely from an office. The successful candidate will lead the team across the full sales cycle, from prospecting, walk-ins and live demonstrations through to negotiation and close. Responsibilities will include driving new-business performance, improving conversion rates, maintaining accurate forecasts and helping to expand the customer base across London. The role will also involve recruiting and developing new team members, analysing performance through Salesforce and partnering with product, customer success and implementation teams.
