You are a structural engineer two or three years into your career and you are starting to notice a ceiling. For a structural engineer at the two-to-five-year stage, that breadth matters.You will have a structural engineering degree, at least two years of UK consultancy experience, and a working knowledge of design across one or more construction types. You are partway through your chartership, or actively planning it. What you are looking for is a practice where the work is technically varied and the path forward is clear.The role is an intermediate structural engineer position in Oxford. You will take increasing ownership of structural design work, supported by a senior team with genuine technical depth.
