Machine Operator with FLT Licence We are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator with a FLT licence to join a busy manufacturing team. Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts: Monday to friday - No weekends  6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pm Pay Rate: £12.96 per hour Key Responsibilities: Operating production machinery safely and efficiently Setting up and monitoring machines to ensure smooth production Carrying out basic quality checks on finished products Loading materials and removing finished goods using an FLT Reporting any machine faults or maintenance issues Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all health and safety procedures Requirements: FLT licence (Counterbalance) Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment Good attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity offering immediate starts for the right candidates.
