Office Administrator (Construction / Civil Engineering / Facilities)
Up to £30k
Monday Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm & Friday 7.30am 3.30pm
Experienced Office Administrator with a strong background supporting construction, engineering, or facility services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel, accommodation and logistics coordination
- Vehicle fleet administration, servicing and compliance tracking
- Asset and equipment register management
- Contractor, supplier and service provider liaison
- Experience maintaining company registers, records and compliance documentation
- Proven ability to support management teams and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously
Relevant Experience
- Managed office operations, facilities maintenance, contractors and service providers.
- Processed invoices, tracked costs, managed records and provided administrative support to senior management.
- Experienced in document control, reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication across engineering and construction-related environments.
