We're looking for a commercially astute and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our Retail, Transport & Mobile Finance team, supporting a major global health and beauty retailer. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, commercial challenge and strategic support to help drive performance and informed decision-making. Role ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational, commercial and senior leadership teams to drive financial performance and support key business decisions.Deliver insightful financial reporting, identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve business performance.Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of financial performance.Produce accurate month-end reporting, including management accounts, variance analysis and performance commentary.Maintain robust financial controls and governance, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and business requirements.Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:Part-qualified, qualified or qualified by experience accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).Strong experience within a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data.What We're Looking ForProven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.Strong commercial awareness with experience translating financial data into actionable business insight.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs.Strong ownership, accountability and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.What's in it for you?Opportunity to work with a major global retail client and influence key business decisions.Exposure to senior stakeholders across operational, commercial and finance functions.A varied and high-profile finance partnering role within one of the UK's leading facilities management organisations.There's a place for you at Mitie, join us today!Ref:100839 Posaddress2Wythenshawe Location:Manchester Employment:Full time Role Classification:1
