Location: Multi-site role across primary schools Salary: MPR or UPR depending on experience Hours of Work: Full-time teaching hours Start Date: 1st September 2026 or 1st January 2027 About the Role We are looking to recruit an experienced teacher with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Are you highly passionate about education and supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities? Are you an experienced teacher with experience of teaching children with SEND? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities * Plan and teach groups of children with SEND to support their knowledge and understanding of the core subjects, including phonics. * Conduct key SEND assessments to support the SENDCo. * Maintain, order and develop SEND resources for staff and pupils. * Support teachers with the writing of ISP plans, including EAL plans, and quality assure those plans. * Provide support and guidance to teaching staff around effective strategies for pupils with SEND, including team-teaching where appropriate. * Liaise with key agencies and parents regarding all areas of SEND. * Cover classes when required.
