Private Client Associate Solicitor
TSR Legal is currently working with an established and well-respected law firm that is looking to appoint a
Private Client Associate Solicitor
to its Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who is looking for more than simply managing a caseload. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers, advise a quality client base and become involved in the continued development of a growing Private Client practice. The firm has an excellent reputation across the region and offers a supportive, collaborative environment where ambitious lawyers are encouraged to develop their careers and build strong client relationships. You will handle a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals, families and business owners across areas including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Inheritance Tax planning Wealth preservation and asset protection Supporting the development of existing and new client relationships About You
The successful candidate is likely to be a
UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years' Private Client experience , although applications from candidates with a strong background at a slightly different level will be considered. You should have: Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Private Client matters Excellent client care and communication skills A commercial and pragmatic approach The confidence to build and develop client relationships Ambition to progress your career within a growing practice The ability to work collaboratively while managing your own caseload effectively What's on Offer?
