THE ROLE
For a Property Development Lawyer 4 +, looking for an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and hard working Development & House Building Team.
ABOUT YOU
You will be assisting fee earners on transactional matters and work collaboratively with the team on a variety of development-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners with drafting option agreements, deeds, and contracts.
- Undertaking due diligence and preparing reports.
- Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning, and construction matters.
- Supporting secured acquisition and development finance transactions.
- Learning about and contributing to processes and documents for plot sales
- Some experience of development transactions is preferred. Alternatively, good quality experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing or plot sales will be considered. xwzovoh
- Flexible working is available; with attendance at the office (at least twice a week)
