About the role
Overview
We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the team at a first opinion small animal practice in the Brighton area of coastal East Sussex.
Responsibilities
- Full time opportunity working 40 hours a week over 4 days with 1 in 4 Saturdays, no Sundays, no OOH.
- Practice is established, successful and fully equipped with a varied surgical and medical caseload.
- Role requires experience in practice and ability to take sole charge.
- Further study and special interests are encouraged and supported.
- Join a team with multiple certificate holders and a wide range of clinical interests and expertise.
- CPD funding and paid professional fees.
- Location in the sought-after Brighton area with access to coast, city, and South Downs National Park, and good travel links.
Person requirements
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- Routine surgical and medical skills
- Able to work sole charge
