We have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing Department as a In-store Marketing Coordinator.
This would suit a well organised and strong administrator who possesses a good attention to detail who enjoys multi tasking.
You will be required to have good MS Office skills and be able to hit the ground running.
Purpose of the role:
To coordinate and implement the planning and creation of all Iceland point of sale requirements for new format/refit stores.
- Review marketing communication packs for upcoming promotions and changes
- Understand the business priorities for each new stores specific requirements
- Co-ordinate new store and refit POS, delivering with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Create digital window posters for all key business messages
- Work with inhouse system on incremental digital screen activity
- Raise and log all purchase orders
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the refit procurement schedule on a weekly basis
- Keep spreadsheet trackers updated with key changes and circulate to relevant departments
- Create and deliver each stores master POS requirements, cross referencing approved merchandising plans, enabling stores to open on their specified launch date
- Support in briefing the Studio on all store opening and closing collateral. This includes a range of assets such as flyers, door drop leaflets, flags, posters, external banners, large format print, social assets and select digital formats
- Assist team in print proof approvals before proceeding to print
- Weekly internal status meeting – manage, record and circulate actions to ensure follow up
- Manage suppliers on digital content, providing them with a list of requirements, specifications and deadlines
- Administer purchase orders through SAP and credit requests to ensure robust financial management and reporting
- Adhoc projects undertaken both for POS and local marketing – (specific detail in individual’s objectives)
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail
- Well organised and able to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects
