We’re Hiring: Accounting Supervisor / Management Accountant

Job Description Robert Half have partnered with a business based in Bath to recruit an interim Management Accountant to backfill support in its finance team, following an internal secondment. \n Location: Bath (3 days/week onsite) \n Duration: Interim, to end of December (possible extension/perm - not guaranteed) \n Hours: 37 hours/week \n Day rate: n You'll be the link between the local finance team and the offshore BPO, keeping month-end on track and freeing up the Financial Controller to focus on strategic finance. \n \n Coordinating the transactional finance workflow with the offshore BPO team in India \n Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounting. \n Acting as the go-between for the offshore team, feeding through the information they need to process transactional work \n Picking up ad hoc finance support as needed - this is a broad, hands-on role in a business that moves fast \n \n Profile: \n \n A strong, competent Management Accountant. \n Confident working independently with limited onboarding and limited day-to-day support \n Comfortable coordinating with an offshore/BPO finance function \n Able to hit the ground running; Robert Half is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
